Sync health data from the ring, review trends on your Home dashboard, and run on-demand measurements when you want a fresh reading. Health monitoring runs in the background on an interval you control. Practice with intention. Vyana includes a Sadhana library — breathwork, meditation, movement, and other practices chosen for the state you’re in, not the one you think you should be in. Track sessions, review weekly insights, and keep a journal for reflections, dreams, and meals. On-device AI guides help you explore wellness topics with voices and personas that run fully on your phone: Your conversations and health data stay with you, not on a cloud server. - Resting heart rate and HRV are now measured overnight, so a run or a coffee can't rewrite your morning — and a night the ring didn't properly record says so instead of quietly becoming your score. - Vyana learns what normal looks like for you over two weeks, then judges you against yourself rather than an average adult. - New: opt-in cycle tracking, timed practices that count down and end on a bell, walks that keep recording in your pocket, editable journal entries, and fifteen more sports. - Ring alerts now arrive even when the app is closed, and finished sessions are findable again.
